We would recommend Cameron and his company Custom Development Group for any size job. Our cottage addition took 6 months. The build included Cameron dealing with permits, design, inspectors, excavation, blasting, full basement foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water lines and new septic system, sump pump and sewage ejection system, framing, kitchen and bathrooms, siding, roof, deck, stone work and parging, and tying the addition in with the existing cottage. Cam. contacted and oversaw all contractors and did excellent work himself. He was at the site everyday and had several contractors in line for each trade so someone was available the week he needed them. He had multiple contractors on the same day which kept the project moving at an incredible pace. Everyone of his contractors provided extremely high quality work beyond our expectations. Cameron has a very pleasant personality and is easy to call and talk to. He was available when needed, was proactive, and provided great ideas while keeping our vision. People on the lake were stunned at the progress, how great it looks and how fast it was completed. We never could have expected it to look this great. We were thrilled with the entire experience.
