I called this company to get a price and I was told right away what it would cost and that they were available within 2 days to get it done. Peter called me the same afternoon to let me know he'd be over the next day to get started. Peter came to the home, very professional and took his time explaining what would be done and together matched the colour as best we could. Due to weather we had to put it off a few days but Peter always kept me informed and always kept in touch letting me know when he would come. Finally after a couple days we had no more rain and the job was done in a couple hours. Would highly recommend this company again and would use them again if needed in future. Work was very neat and he cleaned up after leaving no mess behind.

I came across this company 4 or 5 years ago and have been dealing with Peter. I absolutely trust Peter for his opinion and his services he provides. I have been getting him to do various jobs around our home including a front door, side door, 2 basement windows, 2 garage windows and new siding for existing windows and will continue to use his company and would highly recommend him and the company. His crew is very professional and clean and as a whole very nice to deal with. Thank you for always being available whenever we need your services

We had 2 bay windows and patio sliding door installed in August 2015. A month later we had a heavy rainfall and we discovered that the bay window is leaking. I contacted Myron right away and he almost refused to believe the the windows could leak. He asked me if I had left a window open or is the roof was leaking. Next day he had his installer come to have a look and what we thought would repair the problem. We discovered that their "fix" was to put more caulking. I expressed my concern with Myron and he told me that if I didn't let his installer put more sealing to don't ever call him again and if they did put more seal and it continued to leak that it was not his problem. He told me to get a contractor in here to figure out where the leak is coming from and only then they would come back. I did get a contractor and a window installer to have a look to only find out what we thought was in fact true. Terrible windows and terrible installation. Don't believe any 10 star reviews from this company. Horrible product and very disrespectful customer service. I only want my windows fixed and to never deal with them again. Hopefully this never happens to anyone else in the future. They got their money so they are happy

Very happy with the work Greg did in our home. He was very patient with me with all my questions and concerns. He always checked with me first if he had any issues before going ahead with something. He took his time doing the job making sure it was done right and always cleaned up after every day's work. Would highly recommend him!

One year ago, I had this Cadillac Shutters in to install shutters throughout my mississauga townhome and also referred my sister who had her whole house done. I moved to a new home in January of this year (2012) and had them install shutters in the front of my home. I was very unhappy with the quality of the shutters this time around and was not at all happy with how they handled my complaint. I had the owner come to my home to have a look at the shuttes and agreed that they were not a good quality and removed all ten panels and had them repaired. When I got all ten panels returned they were in better condition, but still not the same quality I had one year ago. The thing I was most upset about was how they handled my complaint making me feel I was being too picky and did not follow up after I made a second complaint after getting the repaired ones installed again. They made me feel bad for complaining. They say the sutters come with a lifetime warranty, but hopefully you don't need any repairs done because they might give you attitude when doing so. From my recent experience with this company I would never recommend them again. It's too bad because I still need the back of my house done and have just found another company to do them. The price of Cadillac shutters is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!
