Totem came out to repair a gasket and replace the ice-maker. Both are expensive parts, which is we couldn't do anything about. The work was done well and the installation rate was ok. My only complaint was that they didn't tell us when we made the first appointment that the parts weren't in stock. The serviceman came out to look at the fridge, but we didn't know until he arrived that he would need to come back two weeks later to do the work once the parts were available.

Terrific Father-Son team. Fantastic work, very reasonable rate. They gave great advice on setting up the tv/mantle/bookcase around the fireplace. We'd recommend them to anyone. Work was done on time, estimate was exactly what we paid
