We had our kitchen floor refinished in May. The job took three days and the results were beautiful. Care was taken to contain the dust by putting up plastic sheets at the entrances to the kitchen. Andrew was very polite and was conscientious. Ralph was our initial contact and he stayed involved throughout the job. Both men clearly took pride in doing a good job and were detail-oriented. When the job was done, we were so pleased with the clean up. The floor looks like new. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had Galaxy replace the windows in the front of our house last year. They really improved the comfort and look of our house. We were so pleased with the service and the windows, we had them back to replace all the windows in the back of the house. They did not disappoint. Dmitri was very knowledgeable and helped us select the type of windows that were best suited for our home. Before and during the installation he followed up as promised. Alex and Vlad installed the windows. They were prompt, and put down drop cloths so to keep our floors clean. They also were very tidy in their work and cleaned up. The windows look great. We are so pleased.

After doing our research, we decided to have Galaxy replace our windows. We met with Dmitri who was professional and courteous. His knowledge of windows was comprehensive. He brought a sample of the window and frame which was helpful. We had 7 front windows replaced and a large bathroom window. Alex, the installer was equally professional. Both Dmitri and Alex kept in touch as our scheduled installation date approached. Our installation was seamless. Alex and his team were careful to use drop sheets and cleaned up as they went along. The window installation was done with care and efficiency. We will definitely have Galaxy replace our back windows in the spring. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

This company has stellar customer service and makes every effort to be upfront and transparent. Stan was our first contact. He answered our questions, reviewed pricing and scheduled our duct cleaning at a convenient time. Stan also followed up with a friendly reminder just days prior to the cleaning. The two man crew, Brendan and Scott phoned on the morning of the appointment. They were on time. They were friendly, polite and professional. They took care to use protection on our floors and corners. No deceptions here. They showed us before and after photos of our ducts. The whole experience was positive. There are a lot of disreputable people who claim to be duct cleaners. This company prides itself in its reputation. We would definitely recommend this company.

We called Cozy World in May when our air conditioner wasn't providing cool air. Fred responded to our phone call and came by promptly to assess the problem. He assessed the unit and said that the coolant escaped due to an unidentified leak. He suggested replacing the coolant but he could not assure us how long coolant would remain. GIven the advanced age of our air conditioner, we discussed replacing it. Fred gave us a most fair price and credited us for the coolant. A new air conditioner was installed the next day. We are so pleased with Fred's service and the new unit. What a difference the new unit made. Our home is much more comfortable. The unit is quieter and more energy efficient. We were so pleased with Fred's service that recently when we bought a new gas clothes dryer we called Fred to disconnect the gas line from the old dryer and reconnect the new one. Fred suggested that we call him just as soon as the clothes dryer was delivered so he could disconnect the old one and reconnect the new one at the same time. Once again, he was professional and efficient. We would gladly recommend Fred to future customers.

John responded to our request to seal our 20'x30' driveway. The driveway looks fantastic. They did a very neat job. The edges and curbs were not messed up with black stuff and left neat and clean. We would definitely recommend their work.

Vance came the same day that we phoned. He immediately knew just what to do. We knew we had a yellow jacket wasp's nest in our large garden planter and Vance knew just how big it was. He opened up the nest and treated it so that the wasps did not return. He did this without disturbing the plants. We would definitely call upon Pestokill for any future pest control issues.

We lived with a sticky sliding screen door for too long. We contact Alan who was professional and courteous. The order took approximately two weeks to arrive. Jacob installed the door and spent a great deal of time making it just right. We would highly recommend this company.
