Reached out to 911 Appliance Repair Services by email requesting a quote to repair my electric dryer. I recieved a call from Evgeny within 5 minutes. He went through some basic checks over the phone and figured out the issue. This was very helpful as it saves multiple trips and extra costs. He ordered the part quickly and scheduled the visit. He was a super nice guy, punctual, honest, and very knowledgeable. He executed the repair and tested the dryer. Diamond Railing installed the railings on our porch and steps. The entire experience was incredible! Nick came to review the work and was well prepared with product samples and took all measurements to eliminate any issues during install. He provided accurate and reasonable lead time for the high quality custom Canadian product to be fabricated. On day of install, Nick was punctual, completed the work to absolute perfection. I'm in the construction business and oversee many small and large projects and I can confidently say that these guys are A+.
