When the crew ran into the unforeseem problem of an old poured concrete walkway several inches below the surface which needed breaking up and removing, Dan was very transparent and reasonable in adjusting the quote and itemizing the additional work. Both he and his crew were friendly, tidy and conscientious.

Andrew and his assistant did a great job, 2 stories up in a tricky, narrow workspace between the houses. Both guys were personable and happy to explain what they were doing.
