Our project was to do a complete second floor reno, including building an addition. The space was quite small – about 800 sq. feet prior to the reno, and in a very old home. The project was demanding, and complicated as it required removing the top off an existing level, and we had a short time frame of two months to make it happen. The home is also semi-detached, in a neighborhood which the houses are tightly packed next to each other. In spite of these challenges, Modular Home Additions did an excellent job, and met all of our expectations and goals - especially being within budget and on time – which is a rarity in this industry! The trades people that they had working, were experienced, knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. The framers in particular, Srdjan and Cuni, who had the difficult task of “squaring” the 100-year-old home, did an excellent job. The work and professionalism of the ceramic guy, Sasha, when renovating the bathroom was outstanding. The guys who kept the site tidy and clean, Jovan and Jordan, were always extra helpful, patient and friendly. And last, but not least, nothing would have happened without Dule, the owner and the man with a huge heart, who was always there for us, every step of the way. Our special thanks to him and his team.
