After it became painfully obvious our general contractor lacked the motivation and skill to finish our renovation we hired Zack. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is extraordinary. He corrected much of the previous sloppy work that we knew about and pointed out other details we hadn't even noticed yet. He has stellar carpentry skills, Zack built a beautiful black walnut banquette and shelving unit that is the highlight of the kitchen. While it was costly to pay for someone to redo what had been done it was worth it to know it was done properly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Zack for future projects.

After living out of the house during a 3 month extensive renovation we were overwhelmed by the mess we returned to. Luba and Olga were extremely helpful in restoring our home to a liveable state. A thorough clean up was done to all possible areas and now it feels like home again. We look forward to having them back once the final finishings are done.

Thorough assessment and cleaning of our ducts after a very messy renovation. They also checked and cleaned our furnace and dryer vent. Price was very fair for the time spent on site.

Keith very promptly replied to my inquiry. He was able to assess the scope of work via email with photos and give me a quote. He arrived on time, gave me a clear explanation of the work to be done and my gas line location options onsite. Keith was prompt, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and worked safely. Can't ask for more than that!

I contacted Rocco after having no luck finding someone through friends/word of mouth. I'm so glad I did, he was prompt with emails and made an onsite visit with 2 days. Within a week or so we had drawings finalized for our small project and permits by the week after that. Rocco and his team communicated very well through the entire process and I appreciated his additional knowledge about design and construction that will hopefully make the rest of our renovations run smoothly.

I contacted Gary along with 2 other companies for estimates after finding them on homestars. Gary was very quick to come by for a site inspection and provided a detailed and reasonable estimate. He was very helpful with choosing materials and colours that would fit our design ideas. As soon as weather permitted his crew was here to complete the work. Their attention to detail was impressive and they seemed to manage the quirks of our old house with ease. The completed work looks great and has really helped move along the update of the front of our house. Thanks Gary, Shawn and Poppy, we're very happy with the results.

We were having an extremely frustrating time finding an entry door to replace our old, drafty, unattractive door. I didn't like anything from the big box stores. I came across Entry Doors on an internet search. Alex came over with pictures and samples and helped us choose a door that is modern but still fits with our old house. Denis did the installation and we couldn't be more impressed with his skill and attention to detail. Our old house has many quirks and he was able to deal with them all and give us a door that is great, solid quality and looks fabulous too. Thanks Alex and Denis!

We received 5 quotes for this project. 4 companies used the shingle type and roof system we were looking for. We chose Arthur's company because his quote was reasonable (not the lowest or highest) and we were confident in the quality of their work after checking a number of references in our neighbourhood. The work was done on time and Wayne, the onsite supervisor, was great. He was able to address any questions we had. I've always assumed a roof is a roof but since the work was done we notice a definite improvement in indoor temperature regulation especially on the top floor.
