Tribute is a very good home builder however after moving in we realized a few flaws that needed to be addressed. We ended up hiring a great home inspection company called Meticulous Inspections who helped us document some deficiencies that the builder was not willing to address. Overall however, i am very satisfied with Tribute!
I was very impressed with Meticulous Inspections. They were professional and compiled a great report of the findings. We purchased a new home and thankfully we hired Lisa. Her keen eye for detail ensures that the price we paid for her services is really a drop in the bucket compared to the investment our new home cost.
