An unfortunate excuse for a contractor. He learns on the job and does not actually complete a task in an appropriate time frame. His work completed had multiple errors and was not clean nor was what we had agreed upon. Further he asked for more money than what was initially agreed upon. Made decisions without consulting me, needless to say I was not happy with the end result and he did not offer to fix it, only offered to fix it at an extra cost. Will not be hiring him again.
