Their salesman, Justin, seemed professional and knowledgeable but once we signed on the dotted line and gave an 8k deposit, Justin was a ghost. Although I left multiple msgs for him at his cell and the main number, he never called back. The project manager, Daniel, was marginally better. The project took 3 months when we were told it would be about a week. We were left to manage subcontractors on our own, such as the paver & stone masons. There was never any proactive calls by Daniel. We were left to our own devices to figure out who would show up each day. Often no one would show up. In the end the subcontractors did a good job and we were happy with their work. In my opinion, LF Builders added nothing to the whole process except an exorbitant bill

It's been a challenging year, and I'm glad you were happy with the results of the work done to your place. To be fair, you were away for 5 weeks during that period when we stopped work and waited for you for return. This threw the timing of the project off, but it turned out beautifully when we were able to come back to it I'm sure you would agree. Our guys were happy to go over details with you, even when Justin and I were not available, but I apologize for not being more proactive for you.
