We decided to rent instead of buy. The cost for the furnace and air conditioner is $160 per month. We would definitely work with Reliance Whitby again. Todd is very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and needs and provided us with a number of alternatives. We are currently renting an inline water heater and water softener through reliance mainly because of their excellent maintenance they have shown us over the last 4 years. We would highly recommend.

After initally talking with Icare, I found out there was a warranty option for me to have my fridge fixed. They sent me to LG to get the warranty work set up and then they came out to do the work. This was done back in January. I can say that the work was done quickly, they clean up after themselves, everything was exactly as they said it would be. I am very pleased and appreciate that they sent me to get the warranty information rather than just coming out and charging me. I would definitely work with them again. It's been 6 months since they did the work and my fridge is working extremely well.

They were efficient, they did exactly what they said they would and their timing was of course dependent on the weather, however, they were excellent at communicating any delays that came up because of the weather. We were not able to be at the house on the day they came, but with excellent communication from the site supervisor, we were able to leave the instructions and they were followed as to our satisfaction.
