We have used Air Leaders for furnace and air conditioner maintenance for years and Dan and his crew always provide professional service. Dan helped us choose a furnace appropriate to our needs, and the installers worked quickly and efficiently, and cleanup was impeccable. They and Dan did a thorough check to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. As always, excellent service.

Dan always goes above and beyond. Very thorough, checks the humidifier and replaces its filter, checks the outside vents, gives practical advice on when to change settings, etc. His crew also installed our new air conditioner last year, a clean and efficient job.

We had three quotes on a spring flooding issue last year. and backwater valve installation. Two companies were pushing extensive (and as it turned out, unnecessary) work at considerable cost. Santos came in and immediately suggested a very practical, affordable, and permanent solution. We also had them install a backwater valve at the same time. All work was was done with minimal mess, despite tough digging in North York soil, and thorough cleanup. In addition, Santos was the only company that mentioned the City of Toronto rebate program for backwater valve - and they did the paperwork necessary for us to apply.
