I reached out to Connor with a bit of an “out of the box” request: a free standing custom railing to put in my basement to put my herb planters on for the winter. He more than happily took on the task and built me a railing that perfectly fits my two planters. It even has extra space to accommodate a third planter that I had expressed interest in getting to try and plant some dill from seed. He is friendly, prompt and courteous in both his customer service and work ethic. He asks all of the right questions and really pays attention to what your vision is, and brings that to life. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would recommend.
