Hired them in 2018. Was quoted 8 weeks from start to finish. Took 7 months. And still 3 years later having issues with their work. Never on time, always being put on hold for other jobs. Always asked for cash advances. List of problems: Painting: Had to repaint our basement twice before calling in a professional. Plumbing: Installed a bathroom sink without a ptrap. Installed a shower faucet too high from the floor. Splashing outside the door. They blocked it off and had to use a ton of caulking to secure it to the wall. Installed a brand new shower door that leaks and needed stripping. Found out it was installed incorrectly. Still leaks. Replaced baseboards 3 times already. Ran plumbing from basement to main floor for washer and dryer, all pipes and taps are in the outside of the drywall. Interior Bathroom door: Installed without bracing, bracket came out of wall. Exterior Door: Installed apparently without being levelled. Air seeps through and we have a hard time locking it. Tile work: Installed bathroom tile that is completely uneven. Many other issues where we had to hire a 2nd contractor to repair their work. Been getting nothing but broken promises and excuses from the owner for 3 years now. Still trying to get them to fix their work in our basement bathroom 3 years later. Shower is leaking. Owners response out down towels....Have got numerous text messages confirming that he'll be here....Would never recommend.
