I needed the backsplash re-tiled and Handyman Connection discussed the job with me and sent me out a qualified tiler. Although this first person was very qualified, he was a bit gruff and I wasn't comfortable with him. I called Handyman Connection back, they further determined my needs and sent me out Ines and Tito, a husband-and wife tiling team. They were soft-spoken individuals that worked with my schedule and did an absolutely fantastic job - on time, on budget. These are those little tiles and it is hard to do a good job on them, but they were absolute masters. I would not hesititate to recommend Handyman Connection to anyone.

The product is good and the low price attracted us to purchase through this company. Our sales rep was satisfactory although the language barrier resulted in an extra chaerge after the fact. The installers made no less than five critical mistakes, damaging the cabinets, damaging the wall structure, and kinking the pressure line on the dishwasher that is pvc and now needs to be replaced. I have never had such horrible and uncaring "tradesmen" in my home. An absolute butcher job. If you buy product through this company DO NOT let them into your home.

Same-day service from initial phonecall to work completed. brent diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part and arrived at the house with the correct part and everything he needed to get the job done quick, done right the first time. Excellent work.

The product is high quality and the installers do a professional job. I had some problems that resulted in multiple re-visits which was a hassle that required me to take time off work to be home. Some of the problems I believe were preventable and I feel that the Sales Rep dropped the ball on more than one occasion. However Ken the customer service manager made it right, and I was impressed that the company did not require me to pay the balance until I was satified that the work was complete. Overall I was satisfied and I would recommend this company to others.

The shower had been leaking for years and once the bathroom was gutted, there was a hole one meter square of rotten floor that needed to be pulled out. Alex at Handyman Connection gave me great advice on mold remediation and assigned Dean to the renovation job. More than just a plumber and tiler, he structurally repaired all components so that it was "done right" from the ground up. He also helped in the design of the new space and even took me to some cool plumbing stores where I could complete my bathroom planning. The bathroom turned out stellar, and because of it we sold our home in just 17 days at very close to full list price. Nothing ever goes perfect, but for the size of the job it was very near perfect. And a great price, much lower than the standard kitchen and bath renovation companies. I would not heistate to recommend Handyman Connection for any job, big or small.
