I hired Dotch Construction & Renovation for turning my just bought 20+ old house, where previous owners did nothing for all the time they lived there, into modern stylish home. First of all, Yuri's price quote was better than other 3 quotes I got from other companies. Also, this company was not hired by me just first time. Last year they renovated kitchen in my townhouse and it got numerous "WOW!!" from anyone who saw it. High quality of work, affordable price, timeliness, cleanliness, etc., etc., all they are very important things while going through all the "pain" of reno projects, and all of them Dotch Construction & Renovation offers you. Yuri is very knowledgeable and experienced professional and his advises and vision how to do things better and nicer were extremely valuable for me, he always had time and patience to suggest things and explain why it is better to do this way than another. He is very attentive to details, honest with his customers and doesn't accept any shortcuts. He meticulously checks everything after reno is over and If any small things were missed or forgotten by his employees all of them will be done, by his worker or himself - this is what I call a professional pride. Called the company as returning customer, we had our duct cleaned by same company a year ago, however, this year we had to call them again due to bad smell coming from registers in the basement. We suspected some rodent or bird died inside and causing this issue. First attempt of cleaning was not that successful, smell came back in just 3 days. I called the company and another appointment was booked. This time we had another technician, David, and he did just amazing job. Not only he found a couple of return registers missed by first technician and not cleaned at all, but also some problem with part of duct disconnected from the register in the kitchen. he found a way to clean it well anyways. Seems we had this problem for years but nobody from PowerPac ever mention it. I would recommend this company anyways, but suggesting to be in the house during service to ensure that the job is done well so you don't have to call again to book another appointment, and special Thanks to David for outstanding work.

Used to buy paint in this store since I am a big fan of Para brand and not many stores carry it. Came once (drove all way there) just to find out their computer, making colors, is broken. Called next Monday to confirm whether computer is fixed and I can come for my paint. Was ensured (even guaranteed) that technician was there and fixed the computer. Drove again all way long just to find out there is no computer at all - technician took it for fixing. Nobody bothered to call me (they had my phone # in the system as I bought at my first visit another jar of paint), nobody cares. No wonder most of the time I was only customer there, who they lost forever.

I've had a great experience with Re-roof company, the crew came and did a great job without a hitch! They gave me a really reasonable quote, then got to work and tore up our roof and installed a brand new one. When this spring I called Arthur with my concern about possible damage of my new roof by raccoons (found ripped shingles on my backyard) he came promptly, and just in couple of days came back and fixed all damage without any charge.
