I easily give Potlight Expert the highest possible rating. I contacted 3 companies for quotes including PE. Hossein was the only one to call me directly and fully explain his prices, the work they do, their experience and qualifications, and availability. Hossein and his team were extremely professional, showing up on time, protecting floors and everything else in the kitchen, checking with me throughout the job, working efficiently and cleaning up afterwards. In less than 2 hours they replaced 7 old halogen potlights with LEDs, added 6 new LED potlights, and replaced 2 dimmer switches. I highly recommend this company. I have rarely encountered such professionalism in the extensive reno work we've had done here in the past few years. Prices are very competitive.

We booked through Home Depot. Had duct cleaning done in morning ($270). My main issue with this service is that the work done and equipment used is nothing like that shown in the video on Steam Dry's website. Vents are not covered, only high pressure air used at vents / nothing like shown in video, no inspection done of furnace or air exchange unit, some debris left in furnace area and around some vents, cheap furnace filter provided that I'd never use. Not very impressed with this service. Company recommended doing the ducts in the morning before the carpet cleaning. Carpet cleaning was booked for 12-4pm window but truck eventually arrived at 4:17pm. Cleaning was completed around 5:45pm ($218). Carpets were still wet at 10:30pm which is unacceptable. Work done was acceptable... cleaner worked hard and did a good job. Lesson learned.. don't book carpet cleaning for an afternoon.

Prestige Maintenance Crew came to do the window cleaning of the interior and exterior of my home in Newmarket on June 5th 2012. Work was performed by Sergio, Jose, and Mauricio. I was very satisfied and i would recommend this company to others.
