This was a furnace with a trickle water leak that was previously assessed by Always as a leaking internal component, with part on back order. There was more water evident, so called Always to check if problem was getting worse. Makie arrived a few hours after our call and further stabilized the situation. Appreciated his attention to detail and professional approach.
