punctual and friendly . He tried to fix the problem but it didn’t fixed 2 parts changed and it didn’t fixed same as before finally he returned the money .

Our approach was to start with the lower expense part repair. As you know, the mentioned part was not the issue. But the second step was more expensive, So finally we refunded the money (part and labour), the same Sunday afternoon which you called us. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your honesty.
