After a number of years as a Naiad customer for irrigation services I found myself with my lawn aeration scheduled after my sprinkler winterization. I asked the week prior to my winterization if Naiad could simply mark my sprinkler heads during the winterization. They refused claiming they did not have the time nor the flags for marking during the winterization. This ended up being very inconvenient for me as I was out of town at the time. I was left quite disappointed with Naiad's service given that their website states, "We take care of every single detail to give you peace of mind, and ...we put our customers front and centre in everything we do".

We will adapt our policies moving forward to accommodate these types of requests because we really do no want to inconvenience our customers.
