The professionalism of this company is unmatched. Vitaly, Edward and the rest of the crew were a delight to work with. I will purposely be specific with this review to demonstrate the excellence. We had two 2nd floor windows replaced without a single scratch on the inside framework. The outside flashing looks like a picture frame - so neat and detailed! The inside front door was entirely replaced and the frame torn out and rebuilt around it. Perfectly done! The most extraordinary part is there is no immediate need to paint. The framing matches the colour of our decor so well! We thought we'd have to replace the outside front door on our porch but Vitaly suggested we only needed to replace the glass. How wonderful to be talked down from added expense! The glass was replaced and the trim frame came already coloured to match the inside (white) and outside (black) of our door. Such attention to detail! After a day-long job was completed, it was like someone had just waved a magic wand - two windows and two doors were transformed without evidence of anyone having been in our home! No paint to touch-up, no dust, no debris. Thank you for making our home feel and look more beautiful! Thank you to the entire team for your kind-hearted excellence. I would like to start by saying, without hesitation, that I highly recommend Elite Construction and Renovations for ANY project in your home. The task: Gut and reconfigure the basement (including a new bathroom) and complete gut and reno of existing 2nd floor bathroom – all in a fairly old upper Beach home. Two stages of the job were required in order to allow for at least one working bathroom during renovation. After interviewing a few contractors I was very comfortable with my decision to hire Elite. They set a very specific schedule, protected my floors and walls and got to work. Their work came to an abrupt halt when they discovered a rather serious foundation problem during the initial days of gutting the basement. The foundation repair was immediately necessary and was going to put the job back 3 weeks. Even knowing it would set the job back so far Elite never hesitated to advise me of the issue. (Please realize, if they go three weeks over in my job, it potentially means 3 weeks they don’t have generating business elsewhere. It is a known fact that some contractors won’t ‘notice’ the issue and ‘pave right over it’ for this reason.) Elite’s concern over my home and their obvious determination, dedication and care in the process of making it safe again was so impressive. Incredibly, the whole ordeal proved to be minor stress for us. Elite did ALL of the leg-work interviewing and bringing in the necessary experts to rectify the problem and then they oversaw it through those weeks to a successful completion. Very comforting! Once back on ‘the job’, everything went ahead full steam. Being an old house there proved to be many more obstacles that continually set the job back a day or two. Never mind - Elite were always so pleasant and accommodating and PROFESSIONAL! They just plowed through the problems and fixed them. Yes, minor mistakes happened along the way as well. No worries there either as Elite always corrected anything to 110%! Again, so comforting and stress-relieving. The original price quoted was adhered to - the only additional costs were through changes made to the original scope. These ‘change orders’ were offered at a very reasonable price to us and were executed with Elite’s consistent attention to detail. You get what you pay for (and more!) when you work with Elite! We are now at the end of the renovation and absolutely delighted with each and every detail. The efforts put forth by Jay and his extraordinary team were exceptional. I am so thrilled with my new home! My thanks go out to each and every one of the Elite team. It was my absolute pleasure to welcome any of the crew into my home each day. Such polite and friendly people! We have just completed a renovation that included a LOT of dust. Maret's company was recommended by a friend so I called them for a quote. I really needed help with the walls, ceilings and floors (I was able to tackle the furniture, etc. myself). Jackie and her crew came today and...WOW! The house not only looks and smells amazing...it FEELS amazing! I am so happy with the end result. They were friendly, polite and DILIGENT and I am so grateful for the care they took to make my home sparkle! I highly recommend them. Many, many thanks to all!

Tony brought Declan, Emlyn and Dominic to our rescue to reinforce our crumbling foundation wall. Although the job wasn't scheduled until Monday they showed up Saturday morning to unload and organize all of their materials in preparation for Monday - very impressive! They got to work first thing Monday morning and completed this job by 2:30 or so. I was not only delighted that the job had been so well and effiiciently executed, it also looks absolutely fantastic! Who knew a cinder block wall could look like a piece of art? The site has been left without evidence of them having been here and I feel relief and total confidence that my home is now secure again.
