Rick and his team are excellent! We needed new windows for our whole house. Rick came to our home to measure and consult to us on the product. He was very knowledgeable. When the window manufacturer wanted to deliver the windows directly to our home, Rick called them and had the windows sent to his warehouse for storage instead. And when the windows were the wrong colour, his team noticed this and took care of sending the windows back. Rick's installation team was also excellent. They were polite, engaging and professional. Rick's team installed the new windows quickly, and they were very careful about not making a big mess and about cleaning up after themselves. Best of all, when you call or email Rick, he responds right away! Thanks Rick for doing such a great job!
