We were trying to get our house ready to sell in the span of 2 weeks, and we called up Sunrise Roofing to help reshingle our garage (separate from the house) and repair a fallen fascia and some loose shingles. We chose Sunrise because a few years ago, we had asked about redoing our roof, the owner was very honest and told us our roof still had some life left to it. We had been told by other roofing companies that our roof wouldn't last another winter. I'm glad Sunrise was honest. For our work required, they were able to meet our short deadline, they sent 4 guys to complete the garage roof and the loose shingles on the house. It was done in one afternoon, which we were very pleased about. They price was also extremely reasonable. I would definitely refer this company and would use them again.

We needed to get our house ready to sell in 2 weeks. The representative from Mei-Ya was available to work with our tight schedule, and completed the work in 3 days. It was half the price of another quote that I got. The workmanship was pretty good, considering the price we paid. My only 2 complaints was that the varnishing on the stairs could have been done a bit better (some drips in places) and there was a huge, massive amount of dust in my house afterwards, because they didn't shut my front door fully when cutting the wood. Otherwise, worth it for the cost savings.
