Hardscape included expanding patio area at back of house with a small wooden deck and stairs plus an elevated walled garden in front. This work was completed skillfully if not timely. The big disappointment has been with the landscaping. The quality of plants we received was substandard. This is only the second season after installation and I have torn out eleven shrubs that were either dead or nearly dead. I complained about the plant quality after the work was completed and again last year. Greater Gardens' customer service post-completion is unsatisfactory and we felt that our satisfaction was not a priority. Greater Gardens' work is more expensive than many of their competitors and ironically, the owner justified this by stating, "you get what you pay for". Unfortunately in this case, that meant spending a premium price on poor quality plants.
