have attempted to contact this business regarding a breach of contract in their Bloomingdale/Kitchener are office and will not return call and voicemail has been full for weeks... terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service...no one will even call us back after large home install
Long story short, Brock did a large install for us (42 windows) in May of 2020..since then we have had several issues and can't even get a call back from them..once they have your money they disappear! So much for warranty...there isn't one! My husband put up a review expressing this and they sent us an email right away that they would contact us asap..that was 3 months ago..again..no action, no callback..nothing..worst customer service we have had from any company..ever. We highly suggest you go somewhere else for window needs!!!
