I received a call from them for an energy assessment and I booked an appointment since my water tank was 20 years old. They showed up the next day and performed an in home full energy assessment and made some recommendations. They were friendly and were not trying to sell anything and were just looking to qualify us for some of their programs. We agreed to go ahead and got a tankless water heater installed on their cost neutral program. Saved us approximately $40 per month after payments and we are happy with the system.
