It was a positive experience to have enlisted in Straight Up Masonry for our chimney repair. Tony came out to assess what needed to be done, and provide the quote promptly - that was a good start and indication of a great company to deal with. In conjunction that they are responsive to respond whether email or by phone - it was a pleasure speaking to Crystal or Tony. The crew arrived on time, professional and friendly. They did the work and cleaned up after the project was done. It was nice to have the company owner come out to visit as well - that added a nice touch and assurance. The chimney was repaired and it looked fantastic! I did raise a concern after the project was done some time later.. they took my concern seriously, and came back to look at the concern and made things right. They stand by their work and warranty and that is a great thing for sure. I trust the company and would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely recommend them above all. They are reliable, great in client communication, and stand by their service and product integrity.

I noticed a leak on my ceiling and wanted to get someone in quickly to minimize further damage. I went through the cycle of trying to find help by calling companies but I either got no answer, or having to leave voice mail, and not hear back from them until much later. They came out, accessed the situation, and provided me with a diagnosis of what the issue was, and as well, pointed out another issue as well, which could have caused damage to my roof as well - all issues resolved promptly. I also like the fact that they are prompt, honest and communicate anything to me that I need to know - hard to find that quality these days. Moved into a house and discovered leaks throughout the eavestrough system. TipTop crew came out to access the condition and reported that the install was done incorrectly and made recommendations to fix. The crew returned to do the necessary work - all leaks resolved, re sloping done and new downspout installed - all were done with attention to detail and quality - very happy with the end result. During the process, worked with Myriam to address the work to be done and the pricing involved - friendly and a great pleasure to work with. Appreciate the fast service and excellent communication throughout - I wasn't home when the work was done, so I got phone calls from Myriam to address the work crew's concerns and recommendations and she made sure I was clear and satisfied with the work details. Definitely, a 'Tip Top' company.....I would not hesitate to call upon them again and refer them to others.

Hi , Please send my kindest thanks to the crew that did my job - I wasn't at home to thank them personally. I am very impressed with FG Fencing and I will for sure refer the company if I know of anyone who wants GREAT customer and PROMPT service and an experienced fence crew.
