I have to give this company a perfect score as we are very happy about their work. 1st, price is good, they tried to choose most value hardwood instead of break our banks. 2nd, their work is professional and high standard. 3rdly, it was delivered timely. I strongly recommand this company to anyone if you need floor installation.
Never let Wallmark build your own home! We moved into the home wallmark buit less than one year, the attic leaked and grow mould, hard wood floor discollorated, and exterior staccos cracked at multiple sites. When we contact with Wallmark, they washed their hands and ask us to talk to 2-5-10 warranty people. the 2-5-10 people came and taped the leaking with aplastic tape and told us the stucco cracks are not leaking yet so we have to wait. the quality of 2-5-10 was so poor we were shocked! So never let Wallmark build your home!
With every client we work especially hard to resolve any deficiencies. On occasion they have to move to our 2-5-10 warranty coverage. On rare occasions a customer interferes with the process. When this happens naturally Wallmark is unable to deliver the level of service to which we aspire.
