The control panel of my fridge has problem. I had a KitchenAid technician came over, quoted me $2000+ for repair. He basically told me to buy a new fridge, which costs $7,000+. We want to get a second opinion, so we called Peter. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, even know the exact part which needed to be replaced. (Different diagnosis from the KitchenAid technician). Unfortunately, the part is not available anymore. We ended up finding someone to repair the part, costly me $250, and it is all fixed! Peter is very knowledgeable! We highly recommend him!!

I was fortunately to find this company. The technician Harry came to inspect the unit. He is very experienced, explained the situation, and we made the decision to replace the unit. Then, Charton came, gave us honest opinion without selling us anything unnecessary. He even taught us how to maintain the system, very informative! The next day, a new unit is installed!

There is mold problem in my basement cold room and sump pump room. I called Nev, he came on the same day to look at the problem. He immediately identified the cause of the problem, in fact, he was the only one who was able to look at the whole picture (I had other waterproofing companies, and inspectors came before Nev), otherwise I would be spending unnecessary money. Nev is absolutely knowledgeable and honest. I have had another BIG mold remediation company gave me a quote, which was double of Nev's quote. At the end, the mold problem has resolved.

I backed up my car into my garage door last week. I called Morningstar based on homestars review. Danny was so busy that he refered any other company to me. Since it was Sat night, I accepted it. At the end, the guy repaired the door for me in less than an hour, but I was charged for $400 for labour only. I posted a review on Homestars later to reflect my experience with this guy. Danny contacted me in few days, and sincerely appologized for me being overcharged. He came to my house for re-inspection of my garage door. At the end, he refunded me $200 for my overpay. I think Danny is responsible and sincere during my whole conversation with him. He really want to make an effort to make up for my negative experience I had with my previous guy.
