This company built my new spec home. It is a very nice house, I love it overall and I especially like the design of my new home very much. That said, customer service could be improved. The company is very hard to contact and deal with, and when we get ahold of them it is a very slow response time. That said, they are slowly finishing things that are left to be taken care of, but are getting them done. There are very professional people working for company, NOT ANYMORE they're just kind of slow. Overall I am satisfied with my new home. Update, Moved in June 2012, still some repair work to be done, apparently in 2014 if I'm lucky.

They gave us a free cost estimate 4 weeks ahead of moving. They provided lots of tote boxes 1 week before moving for free. They were showing up on time on the moving day. They are friendly and professional. Everything was well protected and moved with care. They are efficient. We moved 10 years’ worth of stuff for family of 6 from a 1900 sq ft house to a 2700 sq ft house. It took them about 8 hours in total. Nothing left behind. Nothing broken. Plus all above, they offered us a good price which we didn’t even bother to look anywhere else.
