Eaves trough and chimney repair
At first we were very impressed with Josh's communication and quick turnaround for the consultation and repairs. He offers the drone pictures before and after so all seemed very legit. He was also reasonable for what he claimed to have repaired. Sadly, we were misled. The original leaks that he supposedly repaired never stopped, in fact they got worse. We tried to get a hold of him to come back to have another look, see if there was something he missed. He made quite a few suggestions/excuses and then never came. We reached out again and no response. Our neighbour also told us that she had seen him reuse our old material instead of new. We were very disappointed with the end result and felt that he took advantage of us.

Hi Rachelle. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. We completed your repairs three years ago and this is the first I've heard of any concerns. Yes we reused your eavestroughs per your request not wanting new ones. Our estimate and your approval reflected this. Eavestroughs also require client maintained cleanings of 1-2x a year. This would be my initial suggestion.
