Louie the owner installed a new high efficiency furnace in my house. His crew did an excellent job in the installation and gave me a price significantly lower than other quotes I received. I've saved a ton of money on my heating bills. Louie was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. 10 stars without hesitation.

We bought a house and found a leak in the kitchen roof. The leak had caused extensive damage and required a complete renovation. After we got several quotes, we chose Mark Jackson because of his professionalism and honesty. And we didn't regret it. His crew did excellent work, were courteous, and had asked for a list of "special requests" such as cleaning up after every work day, making a temporary door to close off the construction from the rest of the house. If there were any issues he provided his personal cell phone, and was very punctual with answering calls. After the work was done, he even offered to come back to make any touch ups if required, and get a Christmas card from him every where. His dedication to Renomark which is an organization that urges honesty in contractor work is also admirable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Patrick, out of the 5 roofing companies I called for an estimate, was the ONLY one who accommodated my schedule, and came when I was home (in the early evening after work). He took his time explaining the process, explained several different options and costs, and provided a folder FULL of information, shingle samples, and 'roof buying guide'. He'd answer every time I called, and was happy to answer any question I had. Although I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the job, his crew came on time, and worked hard the entire day despite the 30+ degree heat. If I were to nitpick, the only complaints I have (or my wife has) is that flashing under 1 window is not aesthetically pleasing, they put some of their heavy equipment on the lawn, we had to clean the inside of the house after the removal of the old skylight, and she's still finding shingle and nails in the garden - however, all par course for a 4 layer shingle removal job I suppose. The price was only slightly higher than the other quotes I received, but I paid for the excellent service, and so far worth the investment.
