Traian was recommended to us by a friend after hearing that we were in a desperate need of having some cabinetry and storage bench lid work done...properly. Our original basement reno hired contractor left us with a, let's just call it "less than optimal" working environment for this cabinetry and bench work to be finished, and we needed to find someone trustworthy, who could solve and tackle those challenges in a professional way. Traian met and exceeded our expectations. The work performed was phenomenal, and we were able to understand all the ins and outs as to where, when, how, and why things were going and being done. My wife and I are more than happy with the service and work provided, and are thrilled to have such a reliable professional in our Rolodex going forward, for any similar work needed to be done.

We liked Tommy's personality and attention to detail, as well as his excellent disclosure skills and communication about everything there is to cover for this job. In summary, Alan from AllMax is amazing. I would recommend Alan any time. There is a reason why he has so many positive reviews on HomeStars... he very well might be the best home inspector around. My wife and I were looking for a home inspector that is thorough, detail oriented, organized, patient, and we definitely got all of that and more from Alan. Alan was always able to explain every single thing and answer every question we had regarding the specifics of our house and the home inspection, and of course, bring every minor and major issue to our attention. Alan's ability to articulate his findings in plain language is truly a gift. We really appreciated this, as sometimes when terms and findings got too technical for us, it was important to us that Alan patiently explained everything in plain language so that we could understand.
