Could not recommend AFG more! we called AFG when our regular HVAC company told us neither or our two ac units (1 ductless and 1 forced air) were working. they charged us hundreds of dollars for the service call (but didn't fix anything) but were telling us they needed to bring someoene else our to look at them (at a cost of course and then they would tell us about the repair/requirements/cost). It was looking like we were about to be charged close to $1000 just to diagnose the issue. Called afg and they came and assessed the issues with both units and repaired them both same day and for a fraction of what the other company was going to charge us just to diagnose. Also they pointed out a couple of other deficiencies with our boiler venting which they corrected for us. We have used them ever since. They have serviced our furnace, tankless water heater and ductless units and advised us that our AC issues were because the central air unit we had was undersized for the house and we had them source and replace our unit. We have been thrilled with the outcome every time.

We've had problems with our shower since installation. Called the manufacturer who said it was a faulty thermostatic valve. flavio cam out to do the replacement on a weekend. He discovered that not only did the valve need replacement, but that it had been improperly installed by the original contractor and the hot and cold lines were reversed. Definitely would use Flavio again. Noelle and Stu in the beach.

Could not be happier with our new hardwood floors. We had Ted come in and quote us on installing new hardwoods in our third story on top of our existing pine subfloors. ted was extremely knowledgable and advised us on all the species of wood we currently had in our 100 year old house and helped us select something that will work in the long term. We timed it for the work to be done while we away on holiday. The stain turned out exactly like i wanted and could not be more pleased with the results. He exceeded expectations by providing custom stained register covers so our registers now blend in with the floors. He also fixed a bad squeaky section by tearing up our floors in that section and discovering that the builder had cut all of the joists. He repaired the joists, installed new subfloor in that section and put down the hardwoods. No more squeaking! All of this and we paid what we were quoted. the only negative is now i want to do the whole house! Thrilled in the beach Noelle and Stu

chico and his guys were great. A previous contractor had started a waterproofing job and botched it royally. Chunks of our foundation were falling off. We called several companies for quotes to parge and fix it. Chicos quote was very reasonable and he was the only one who warned us about the worst case scenario (pouring a new foundation wall) he quoted us on best and worst case. He said no one would be able to tell us without excavating. Once the ground was dug up he was able to show us the damage and that our foundation literally crumbled at the touch. We ended up building a new wall up against the old. He then waterproofed and installed weeping tile. They worked weekends to get the work done. We are very happy with the results, in fact we've hired him again to build some concrete steps. Stu & noelle

great job, very responsive. Quoted us a reasonable price. Made recommendations. Explained what he was going to do and why. Even fixed our soffits while he was up there (racoon damage). We are now a loyal customer and will definitely refer in the future.

We had a new seamless shower door installed. Looks beautiful, came in on time to the minute, priced as quoted. My general contractor was impressed as well and requested the company name so that he can use them going forward. Very happy, thanks for the great work!

Current kitchen was built by this company. Wanted to add a cabinet that would be an exact match to the current cabinets. He wanted 2 k for one cabinet, we justified the ridiculous price thinking we were getting an exact match, they installed a cabinet that was obviously not a match, half instead of 3/4 in gables, wood looks totally different, stain does not match. Plus the installer broke it during installation. Yuill offered to do an on premises stain match, unfortunately that does not solve the problem of the cabinet looking totally different than the rest of the kitchen.
