I had originally written a great review for this company. They replaced all my windows in July 2012 and they were professional and reliable and the windows were great quality. A year later in June 2013 my large picture window cracked due to a defect and despite having some issues getting a hold of them, it was replaced at no cost. However this fall, the same window cracked again in the same way. After initially getting in touch with the company and being told someone would come out to look at the window to see why it was cracking, I haven't heard a thing back and all of my calls and messages have gone unanswered. I don't know what happened, but this company is not the same one I started with. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. I am now left with a very large cracked window that I will have to pay to replace with a different company. Will definitely not be recommending this company or using them again.
