We met Bob last February (2011) when we decided to look at putting in a pool. He was so informative and helpful in guiding us to the right pool for our back yard and how well it would work. He gave us ideas from his own experiences with pools and different costs plus pros and cons for each type. We opened the pool this summer ourselves and opening costs and maintenance costs are very minimal. Thank you Bob for giving us great advice and guidance in picking our pool. Last year we decided to get a pool in our back yard. We looked at houses with pools but the cost of moving would be alot higher than trying to get one in. We went to Mermaid Pools and had the most delightful salesman Bob help us decide what would suite us and our back yard. As Hottubs were on sale too, we decided to go for both and are very happy with them ! The pool is onground and we were able to get the salt water system so its very clean and cost efficient. The hottub is a comfort both in summer and winter. Mermaid tests our water anytime for no charge and the service is excellent and friendly. We would highly recommend this company.
