I was very pleased with the work performed. The team arrived on time and were extremely professional in every way. They were obviously very well trained. They paid particular attention to safety and removed each of the limbs very carefully, taking every precaution not to damage my deck and also my neighbour's deck which was also in very close proximity. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Right from the beginning when their estimator Robyn arrived and presented the options and pricing I knew I was working with the right company. Check with this company before you decide to go elsewhere. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Jeff is a very knowledgeable arborist who runs a very efficient operation. He returned my calls within a couple of hours and was on site at the exact time he was supposed to be there. His pricing was quite reasonable and he is fully insured and uses only qualified staff. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the initial job due to circumstances that were beyond my control. We will be following up with him again at a future date.

Excellent service and professional installation. Railings were repaired and completed exactly as requested and new railings were matched to my exact requirements. Lead hand did all of the measuring and the price was very competitive. All workmanship was exactly as discussed and I was extremely satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I cannot say one negative remark about the staff or the workmanship. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly.

Modern Konstruction performed an excellent job. Their workmanship is extremely good and they are very proud of what they do. They did not cut corners or try to rush the job. Matt, who did most of the work, was friendly, professional and offered some great suggestions for the renovation. We will be using this company again and will not hesitate to recommend them.
