Inspected our new home purchase. He took his time and was very professional. Not only evaluated the structure for safety but also cosmetics. He gave a thorough report at the end and showed us all the salient parts in person when we accompanied him.

JT Rawlinson built our backyard deck which was fairly large and quoted us a very fair price, well under other quotes. We had asked for several quotes from various companies. His work is excellent and on time. He is always accomodating to a few extras: he even desodded and gravelled our side path, and also took away some junk that we were trying to dispose of in the garage! We're looking forward to getting more work done by him in the future.
