We renovated our kitchen and powder room in our home, which required moving the plumbing around for both rooms. Prior to the reno and we had used New Wave for a small repair and was impressed with their service and so used them for this job. We had a small issue with the plumbing inspector, but they handled it quickly and efficiently and for less cost than we had thought. Of all the contractors involved in our reno, Steve and his team from New Wave were among the best, they were on-time and efficient.

We did some research on flooring companies and after speaking to a few, decided to go with Woodchuck (very reasonably priced). Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about how to deal with some stains in the existing hardwood (the sanding would remove most of it and the dark stain we chose would hide it completely) and also how to finish the stairs. The crew showed up on time and finished the job on schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and we are very pleased. My only complaint is that the crew left used cigarette butts on my front patio/lawn. Would certainly recommend them to refinish floors.
