Stucco removal on ceilings for the entire home
We initally had Adam in to do a quote to remove the stucco and smooth the ceilings for our entire home. Upon meeting Adiam we were very impressed by his professionalism and work ethic and appreciate that he gave us a fair price for the amount of work involved. We were under a very tight timelines as we were having multiple renovations done to our home and each renovation depended on the completion of the other. The work began on June 30 and unfortunately due to an accident with one of his workers and a prior planned vacation a week long pause occured. The job was completed on July 20. The work Adam did was great. He takes great care in making sure his customers are satisfied. I would warn anyone contemplating such a job that it is EXTREMELY dirty. Although Adam and his team take care to protect the home, expect a fair amount of clean up afterwards. Also we did not anticipate the amount of paint that ends up being removed from the walls due to the taping of protective plastic so I would also prepare individuals that they will likely require touch ups if not a full paint job. Adam did an amazing job on our home and really does bring an old house into a modern look.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Fully prepare the customer for the amount of clean up, the difference between a smooth ceiling and a smooth appearence, and the likelyhood that paint will be required.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- This is not a project you can do while living in your home! Prepare for a substantial amount of clean up afterwards.

I appreciate the review you have given us and would like to touch base on the fact that the paint that potentially may be removed from some walls is beyond our control and noted in the contract as pointed out to you prior to beginning and verbally mentioned after the evaluation and before any work had commenced. It does not happen to every home and depends on humidity levels and directly related to the cause of old paint or lack of primer under the paint within these areas and the overall age of the residence. We at times do provide touch-ups to these areas if paint is available for this.
I am glad you are happy with the end result and a more modernized appearance and the fact that there was some clean up after process was completed was due to multiple tradesmen coming through the property such as flooring and painters etc. We always do a thorough clean-up after every project but unfortunately due to other tradesmen within the property after the completion having multiple areas protected, we could not clean these areas 100% and hope you understand.
There is a substantial amount of dust generated from these larger jobs and we do take every measure possible in trying to protect the clients homes from dust and debris but cannot prevent any and all dust from escaping.
