I dealt with Loc based on a recommendation of a friend. I dealt with Foti (salesman) who was fantastic. I felt I got a fair price and he was responsive to my calls...at the beginning. They excavated my backyard 4 weeks ago and when I signed the contract I was told it shouldn't take more than 10 days to come back and lay the bricks. I understand that there can be delays, however, I have left numerous messages for Foti and the owner to call me and no one has the courtesy to return my call. Reading the reviews, it is clear that Loc either does a wonderful job or they are unresponsive with poor service. I have used other landscaping companies before and they have always returned my calls. I called this week to see if they have abandoned my project and I was told by their message service the company has closed for a week's holiday. What landscaping company closes for a week in the middle of the summer? This is like Walmart shutting down a week before Christmas. I am confident the finished work will be good, but to this point I would have a tough time recommending this company. August 1st: We were able to speak with Greg who called me personally to apologize for the lack of communication. He has experienced a number of issues over the summer that were beyond his control. I am thrilled to announce that our patio is now complete and it has turned out better than expected. If the final result is what people are most concerned with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loc. Thanks again Greg for stepping up and getting the job done.
