This is a very professional company. We were very impressed from the beginning. Mark answered our request for a quote quickly. He came promptly, on time, and even called to let us know that he was close to arriving. The quote process was thorough and quick. Mark helped us pick a carpet and underpad that best suited our needs. We did a some prep work ourselves--removed the trim, moved the furniture and removed the doors. The installation was fast, and the installer did a great job. Al was on time, tidy and did a perfect job. We are very happy with the carpet, it looks great. A few hours after the carpet was installed, Mark called me to ensure that we were happy with the job and if had any questions. That night, he followed up with a thank you email.

We hired Ionia Renovations to take down 3 fluorescent light panels in our basement and replace them with small track lights. From beginning to end, Michael was professional, punctual and look the extra time to make sure that the job was done correctly. We are very happy with the work that he did. We would use him again in the future.
