Excellent from the get go. When considering the windows, Rick responded to my questions promptly each time I emailed him and came to the house more than once to measure and re-meaaure. He is very knowlegeable and very patient. This is a family run business so while Rick evaluates the home and orders the windows his son Cory and crew installed the windows. They showed up on time each day and worked hard and completed the job on time. Cory spent an entire day building the box to support my new Bay Window and matched the exterior of my home while using the same wood (cedar), and design. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very pleasant always willing to stop and answere our questions.

WOW, your windows & patio door sure look GREAT! The dark brown exterior matches perfectly with your existing color. You also noticed that the triple glaze glass keeps out all the road noise, very quiet in your house now.
