We had our first annual maintenance visit from Cosmopolitan since getting a new A/C unit last year. Our service technician, Hasan Ather, definitely went above and beyond! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain everything he was doing to a very curious homeowner! We received very professional service, and great advice for us to avoid future problems with our HVAC. Highly recommended.

Our 17 year old central air conditioning unit finally gave up in the middle of a pretty bad heat wave. We called Cosmopolitan to come take a look at it. Initially, the technician hoped that the problem could be fixed by replacing one a broken component, but soon it became clear that there were larger issues and the best long-term course would be to replace the whole unit. We quickly scheduled installation for a new Lennox unit a few days later. That installation happened very smoothly (the two techs were amazingly fast), and we were up and running again just in time for a second heat wave. We did have a billing error afterwards, but a quick and friendly phone call sorted it out without any problems.

We used to have a backyard fence that was literally falling over piece by piece. We hired Good Looking Homes to take down the old fence, remove a tree, and build a new fence in its place, along with a new gate to match. Liam and his team worked with us to determine the size and style of fence that we wanted, then (after some weather-related delays) got the fence done exactly the way we wanted. All through the process, Liam kept us in the loop on progress, and potential issues that came up during the work. We are very happy with the result, and we would happily recommend them to others, and use them again on future backyard projects!
