The plumber came in and seemed very thorough about his work. We suspected a thermocouple so tried this 1st. Then pilot still didn't stay lit so he went out to get a new gas valve. It was very complex to work around such a tight area. After the gas valve pilot stayed lit and he check and made sure furnace was firing properly. I have Encompass home warranty and was skeptical on what would be covered. The guy dealt with insurance to make sure it was all covered before he started to install the parts. I was happy I kept paying for the home warranty program at 15.95 monthly through my mortgage company I had to pay 50 deductible which was a small cost. In all very happy my furnace works and happy they sent a guy that knew what he was doing. I got 2 coffee mugs and a fridge magnet to boot. I would use this company again. Thanks for getting my furnace going.

I had Top to Bottom construction out to do my roof. Not only was the estimate the most reasonable but it included flashing all vents and drip edge for way less then the other roofers. Being a bit skeptical because I had my roof done 5 years ago by a handyman that wrecked my home roof. I was recommended top to bottom by a church member. They had there house done as well and passed with flying colours. After having conversations with Rick , Claudia and Hosea they were the only company that sounded competent on doing a good job. Antonio lead the crew with always 3 or 4 guys. All hard working guys. They did everything they promised me on my contract and back it up with 10 year workmanship warranty. My roof looks great and yet these guys are. A plus BBB members with proper wcb and liability. This is a family run business and all the people are very nice and are dedicated to doing a great job and take pride in their work. If your looking for an actual roofing contractor this is Edmonton's best kept secret. They respect your budget. As soon as I signed I had a crew out next day. The job completed in 2 days. This company has dedication and a personal touch. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

These guys did an awesome job on my 98 f 150 installing the remote start. I was wanting to deal with a place where an installed actually answers the phone as I have had prior baby experiences with alarms going off on my other cars and it gets embarrassing if you don't know how to shut it off. I had a problem with a remote 1.5 years after and the owner saw it was defective and programmed a new remote at no charge. These guys were not the cheapest but resonabley priced. Any problem its always come'by and we will have a look and most of the time it was no charge. Used them to do some electrical work as well and it was alot cheaper then paying a mechanic to figure out the problem. You have to remember these guys do electrical work everyday so they know what they are doing. I never felt pressured at anytime and have sent friends there'all the time.Thumbs up to fx audio!!!

These guys did an awesome job on my dads roof. Good workmanship and not a spec of shingles or nails on ground. The guys were very fast and thorough and wore safety equipment to protect themselves. This was the only company that had presented themselves proffessionally. My parents are happy with the job.
