The old water heater we had was making dripping sounds, so we called Mr. Rooter and they discovered that the bottom was almost rusted out. They told us that it would have collapsed in a week or so. They were quickly able to get a replacement John Wood 30 gallon water tank that could fit into the small space beside our furnace. This was a tight location and they were able to install it without any issues. They also noticed our water pressure was quite high (over 90 PSI) and recommended we should install a pressure relief valve for our new tank. This was good service and the new water tank has had no problems.

Our furnace broke down and was no longer working. We called Flame Heating to look it over and they recommended a G50DF(X) model that would fit properly into the small closet we had used for our previous furnace. The price we paid included all the labour, materials, and permits to get the job done. They also disposed of the old furnace for us. The service was great and the new furnace has been working well without issue.

Price is not always cheap, but all I wanted was for it to be fixed properly. Toilet system was replaced and repaired in good time. Plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable, did not mind explaining or answering questions.

When the four workers arrived they were around an hour late. But the installation was approximately 45 minutes and they were very friendly and accommodating during that time. They had a drop cloth and were sure to take off their shoes. Also gave a quick explanation of how to lock/use the door. Overall very pleased with the new sliding door, it works well.
