From the office, April took care of scheduling around our project and was polite and professional. Nathan came to the house and provided the detailed estimate. Kyle came back to run the cable once the trench was ready. Nathan returned to install the breaker, switches and outlets once the Cabana had been finished. We discussed different options for hardware to try for the best appearance. Nathan and Kyle were both professional and efficient. Our thanks to Kraun Electric we Recommend them.

All of the Zen employees were hard working and courteous. They arrived early each morning and worked long days. All areas were cleaned up before leaving. The 1st stage involved installation of piers or footings for the planned structure. Over a few days, the carpenters then constructed a beautiful Cabana from rough cut Douglas fir. Just as soon as they had finished, the patio crew arrived and started excavation. Days later, we had a beautiful patio to complete a perfect setting. The garden was then installed. We would certainly recommend Zen Construction. Josh has a great team of skilled employees. We would like to thank them for all their hard work. The pictures show the result.

For anyone looking for granite, shop around but be sure to visit Custom Granite after you’ve been to the others. They have a huge selection to browse. It was difficult choosing between the beautiful granite slabs and quartz. Pricing is competitive and several edge choices were included. Tom Lafford managed our order. He was professional and able to answer any questions we had. The templator was very precise in measurements and the fabrication team produced a beautiful Ceaserstone counter-top with patterns at the seams that are very well matched. The installers covered the floors with work sheets and vacuumed when finished. The seam bonding and sink install were perfect. You have to really look to find the seams.

I arranged with Jason for an upcoming double sink install. This was only for the sink strainers and all ABS replacement for double sink and dishwasher. The morning of the install, Grant called ahead to say he was on route. His workmanship was excellent and the cost was better than any other quotes I received. A one year warranty is also included. No P-trap in the photo as it is under the floor and did not need replacement. This is the company that I would use from now on and highly recommend them.

The installers from Convetible arrived on schedule. They introduced themselves, checked and confirmed Location for the outside unit, and went to work. The one technician took care of everything outside (two techs to lift the unit onto the wall brackets) while the other tech completed everything inside. They were very efficient and skilled. I tried not to ask too many questions, to avoid holding them up and avoid distracting them. Our basement was unfinished so the install was completed in a timely manner. The workmanship was neat and the area was clean when finished. We requested quotes for the exact same brand and SEER 16 rating, from 6 HVAC contractors including two that had mini signs up in our new subdivision. Sam Amodeo from Convertible provided the best price. Our thanks to Sam and to the installers, Branden and Josh for great work. I’d certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

All departments that I contacted or met with were professional and courteous. We liked the vast list of options offered and ability to alter some aspects of floor plan. We compared quotes from 4 companies. Air Makers offered the best price for a Carrier system. They also chose a system that would meet the requirements for the current OPA rebate. That was really appreciated. The salesman, Eric was courteous and provided answers to all of my questions. The installers were delayed by 2 hours but called well ahead of time to let us know.
