Do not use this company. I think the positive reviews were false. The company told me that I would be contacted 48 hours before the move to provide a time for the load. I was only contacted at 8:00 pm the night before after I threatened legal action and was told they would not be able to pick up. They did end up picking up the furniture on July 24th. I was told in writing that my furniture would arrive on August 3rd. Then told August 7th. It is now August 7th and I can not make contact with anyone in the office and have no idea where my furntiure is or how to obtain this information. I now have my lawyer involved to make contact so I can locate my furntiure. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.
