Had the exterior windows cleaned and they did a great job. Had used a different company in the past for many years but their cost went up considerably after COVID so I thought I would try Cthru. I like that they gave you the three options in the window cleaning. When they were done there was no streaks. Would you them again next year.

Happy with the work. They showed up on the scheduled date and time and the work was completed in one day. The job include two hallways and complete room and ceiling. They did a good job in repairing the plaster in the damaged ceiling from a leaking roof years ago. The price was fair. The only area of improvement was that they could not book in advance which made it take longer than what I would feel was normal to get the job done. I am pleased with the work. Also, I liked that Anthony provided a written quote on the spot. Very nice person to speak to. He did not leave the work site until I was able to inspect the job and did any touch up necessary to ensure that I was satisfied.

I found great reviews regarding High Efficiency Cooling & Heating on Homestars and called for a quote. Rocky came to the house and was helpful in providing information regarding the Mitsubishi ductless system as my house is heated with radiators. He provided a quote and the work was completed in a day. The technicians laid drop sheets on the floors and cleaned up after when they were done. The moulding in the house is not level to the ceiling so when they first installed the a/c unit you can see a sizable difference making the a/c unit look un-level. The technicians may not have been happy but they wanted to make sure that I was happy with the installation so they not only removed and reinstalled the bracket once but did it twice to make sure that I was completely happy with the look so that the unit looks more balanced. Rocky came by later in the afternoon when the work was pretty well completed and the a/c was working to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work which I was. The technician took the time to show me afterwards how to use the remote to adjust the a/c unit. I would recommend this company.

Had a roof leak which caused damage to the interior stucco of my old 40 yr old bungalow home. I checked with Homestars and saw that Mr. Stucco had many happy customers. So I called them and Eugene came out and provided a quote to repair the dining and living room ceiling so that it would match in colour. They made me feel that they would be the right company to do the job as the ceiling is still the plaster and lath type. They did a great job, from taping drop sheets all over the place to prevent dust from migrating throughout the home, drop sheets on the floor and walls and great clean up afterwards. The guys were wonderful and great. They worked on one of the hottest and humid days in July without complaint as my home did not have air conditioning. I would use them again on my next plaster or stucco project.

I purchased blinds from Excel Shades in April 2012. From day one the blinds have either been the wrong size or incorrectly installed. They claim that they have ordered replacement blinds for the incorrect ones but it is now October and I am still waiting. The blinds have still not been resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Totally disappointed with them and their lack of service.
